Project Overview
The F&N AgriValley Integrated Dairy Farm in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan is a landmark RM1.7 billion development — the largest integrated dairy hub in Southeast Asia — designed to strengthen Malaysia’s food security and agricultural self-sufficiency.
As the Lead Consultant, LTE Engineers Sdn Bhd was entrusted to deliver the entire project cycle —from master planning, and infrastructure design to architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical design and project supervision — achieving full completion in less than three years, a national record for a development of this magnitude and complexity.

Our Role and Contributions
LTE Engineers provided comprehensive consultancy services including:
- Master planning of a 2,000-acre integrated agro-industrial estate
- Architectural, Structural, Civil, Machanical & Electrical engineering design for dairy barns, processing plants, administration, dormitories and ancillary facilities (more than 60 builidngs/Structures)
- Infrastructure and utility engineering, encompassing road, drainage, water supply, and wastemanagement systems
- Site supervision & Contract Administration, ensuring high quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Value Engineering (VE) initiatives across design and construction stages, reducing cost while maintaining performance, durability, and long-term maintainability
