SCOPE OF WORK
The Welloyd Industrial Park is located on a 20-acre industrial land located at Jalan Haji Abdul
Manan, Klang/Seia Alam. An old factory was demolished to make way for this development. The development consists of 66 units of contemporary design of semi detached and terraced light industrial factories.
LTE undertakes the architectural, civil and structural design and supervision of the entire project. Full glass and aluminium cladding fascade provides an aesthetic and elegant feel for all the units varies in few sizes, shapes and design.
Value engineering has been executed to achieve the very restraint budget due to the current slow properties market. LTE has been engaged to take the up the role of the lead consultant for the entire project.
The project was planned in two phases and the first phase is expected to complete with CCC by end of 2019.
