SCOPE OF WORK
The PJ 51 Business Park is located on a 5-acre site at Jalan Tandang 51/205A, PJ Old Town. The land formerly was having a unit of old factory which was demolished. The development consists of 16 units of highly contemporary design of light industrial factories.
LTE undertakes the architectural, civil and structural design and supervision of the entire project. Full glass and aluminium cladding fascade with its clean line architectural provides an aesthetic feel for all the units varies in few sizes, shapes and design.
The project was completed with the planned budget and time frame. All units were fully sold out before the issuance of CCC. LTE, the lead consultant for the entire project, contributed proudly on the excellent and cost effective design as well as the effective project management of the whole development.
The project was successfully completed in 2015.
