SCOPE OF WORK
The project is located in a 6.85 acre land within the thriving heart of Cyberjaya flagship Zone and currently its construction is at full swing.
It comprises of 2 towers blocks with 456 units each with a mixture of SOHO and Service Apartments; 1 block of retail shops and a 7 storey-podium for car park and various facilities.
LTE was engaged as the Civil and Structural Engineers for the project. Injection piles were proposed for the foundation, whereas shear walls sitting on a pre tensioned transfer plate were proposed for the super structure.
The project is expected to completed with CCC in the first quarter of 2019.
