SCOPE OF WORK
A part of the commercial centre of Bandar Puchong Jaya, IOI Mall serves as the regional mega shopping mall.
Built on 17 acres of land, the Mall has a built-up area of more than a million square feet over four floors, housing comprehensive shopping facilities, state of the art cineplexes, fast-food outlets, a bowling alley, restaurants, a large department store and a roof top carpark.
LTE was appointed as the main civil and structural engineering consultant for the development.
The structural system comprises of pre-stressed beam-slab on reinforced concrete columns resting on a driven reinforced concrete piled foundation.
The building plan for IOI Mall Extension has been approved and the physically work on site would kick off any time.
