SCOPE OF WORK
Palm Garden Condominium project, located at the Palm Garden Golf Resorts, Putra Jaya, is being development by Pine Properties Sdn Bhd.
Phase I comprises a mixture of high rise ( 17 storeys ), medium rise ( 9 storeys ) and low rise ( 2 storey ), housing a total of 600 luxury condominium units complete with covered carparks, swimming pools and gazebos.
LTE was appointed as the civil and structural engineering consultant. The Phase I (198 units) buildings are reinforced concrete structures founded on bore piles and pre cast driven concrete piles for high rise and medium rise respectively to achieve cost effectiveness.
The Phase 2 ws completed in 2012.
