Flagship National Project — F&N Dairy Hub (RM1.7 Billion)

Ir. Henry Foong served as the Lead Consultant for the development of the F&N Dairy Hub in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan — a landmark national project valued at approximately RM1.7 billion.
This project represents a major milestone in advancing Malaysia’s dairy self-sufficiency, food security, sustainable agricultural practices, and modern agro-industrial development.

Under his leadership, the entire project — from land acquisition through to completion and handover — was successfully delivered in less than three years, establishing a new benchmark for integrated large-scale development delivery in Malaysia.

The project is widely regarded as one of the nation’s most significant modern dairy and agricultural infrastructure developments.
