SCOPE OF WORK
The Saville @ Cheras is an integrated development with MRT which is located next to MRT Seri Raya Station at Batu 9, Cheras.
It comprises of a 43-storey residential towers inclusive of a 9 storey-podium for car park and other facilities.
LTE was appointed as the civil and structural engineering consultant. Bored piles were proposed for the sub structure with a part basement designated for a sewerage treatment plant. Conventional beam slab and shear walls sitting on transfer beams were proposed for the super structure.
Structural design was so optimized and no alternative proposals were received from all tenderers during the tender stage.
Construction was completed in 2018 with CCC.
